• March 7, 2025 - Signed Sponsorship Agreement and company logo in JPEG/PNG and .EPS format due to ensure print advertising deadlines are met for May - August
• April 25, 2025 - Signed Sponsorship Agreement and company logo in JPEG/PNG and .EPS format due to ensure print advertising deadlines are met for June - August
• July 18, 2025 - Full payment due
