Myerson, headquartered in Chicago, IL is a globally recognized dental manufacturing company that specializes in the removable prosthetics market, offering materials and equipment for fabricating flexible partial dentures and sleep appliances.
Grant Overview
Myerson has generously donated one FlexPress Advanced Kit ($5,050 market value) to the Foundation, to be offered in the form of a grant, to an educational institution with a dental laboratory technology program. This system is used to inject a wide variety of metal-free appliances, including flexible partial dentures, clasps, unilaterals, and temporaries. The Myerson Grant will award one school a FlexPress Advanced Kit, which consists of the following:- FlexPress Machine
- (1) Flask
- (1) DuraFlex 6-Pack Medium Size Cartridge (any shade)
- (1) DuraCetal 6-Pack Medium Size Cartridge (any shade)
- (1) VisiClear 6-Pack Medium Size Cartridge
- (1) Thermoplastic Model Separator
- (10) TMS Swabs
- (1) Release Compound
- (1) Cleaning Brush
- (1) Air line (10 ft.)
- (10) TMS Trays
- 3-Year Warranty
Requirements
1. The applicant must be an educational institution with a dental laboratory technology program.2. Applications must be received by April 1, 2023. No extensions will be given.
3. The Myerson Grant recipient must redeem the FlexPress Advanced Kit by June 30, 2023. If the recipient fails to redeem the grant by this date, they will forfeit their grant.
4. The Myerson Grant recipient will be required to provide the Foundation with testimonial (web video submission or typed submission on letterhead paper) about receiving the grant and how this experience will positively impact the DLT program, the students, and the profession.
5. The Myerson Grant recipient will be responsible for purchasing any materials required to utilize the FlexPress Advanced Kit that is not listed in the description above.
6. No cash will be provided to the grant recipient.

Application Criteria
Completed application must include:- A completed Myerson Grant application form
- A completed typed Letter of Interest that fully answers the question asked in the application
- A signed Application Affidavit
- All of the above must be submitted to the Foundation office by April 1, 2023
